In 1958, Fred J. Kirnan opened a small real estate company in Liverpool, NY. He believed that the American Dream of owning one's own home should be attainable by everyone. The driving force that made Fred Kirnan a success was partly his deep belief that more dedication, encouragement, and effort, along with professionalism, should be given to buyers and sellers, including the less fortunate and more difficult situations where individuals were often discouraged or denied the right of home ownership. Along with his wife, Jeannette, they helped countless individuals and families obtain their dream. The company grew into one of Central New York's most productive real estate companies. Today Kirnan Real Estate continues to remain one of Central New York's Top Real Estate Firms.
